Homework is completed with real supervision. Reading and math gaps are addressed before they become bigger challenges. Children also have the time and space to recharge, connect with friends, and feel genuinely settled before heading home.
When we notice a child struggling, we respond directly and positively. We do not wait for a parent conference to act.
